We are looking for a Branch Manager!
Secure Mortgage Funding, LLC is a growing mortgage brokerage in Troy, MI. With all the product availability of a brokerage and the consistent lead generation of a retail lender; it’s the best of both worlds.
We are offering higher compensation than is offered at big banks, but with a proven system to hand you a full pipeline the moment you walk in our doors. Secure Mortgage Funding provides live leads from our call center as well as from an already established network of insurance agents, estate advisors, and financial planners. These warm transfers will not have you in competition with ANY lenders. Plus, we do not charge junk fees which keeps our rates low. It is an easy layup for any loan officer.
We are looking for the right individual to help grow the team as our new branch manager. This person needs to be driven, have an ability to handle a high volume, and work well with clients and referral partners. You will be rewarded and compensated based on the success of the team built. You will be provided the resources available to you to make it happen.
What are we looking for:
Required:
· Minimum two years experience as call center loan officer
· Approved Mortgage Loan Originator License with the State of Michigan
· Management experience, preferably in mortgage lending
· History of handling volume (10+ loans/month) origination
Preferred:
· History of interviewing and onboarding new recruits
· Has previously assisted with compliance
· Two years experience in a mortgage brokerage
· Two years experience in business to business sales
